If you would like to return your print within 7 days from delivery date, (after 7 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange) please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to state your order number, name, address and brief reason why you want to return the item. Artwork must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
If your print arrives damaged please attach pictures within the email.
If your return request is approved we will send you a confirmation email and the return address. Please print this email and include it with the item when returned in the original protective packaging in what it came. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and costs from the original shipping are non refundable. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or even shipping insurance as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
Once your return is received and inspected you will be notified of the approval or rejection of a refund. If approved, we will refund your purchase. If you are returning an undamaged print a refund will not be given if the print arrives back damaged, in this instance you would have to try and claim your money back from the courier. Shipping insurance is strongly advised.
Please be aware commissions and custom artworks can not be returned.
Originals can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery however the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges both ways. All shipping costs are non refundable.
