RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANYTHING
If you would like to return a print, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at maxx_kerly@hotmail.com, stating your order number, name, address, and a brief reason for the return. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:

The print must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Returns are at the buyer’s expense, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable service with insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will review and respond with next steps.
Refund Process:
If your return is approved, you’ll receive a return address and confirmation. Please include a printed copy of this confirmation inside the return. Once received and inspected, we will confirm the status of your refund.
⚠️ Important:
If a returned print arrives damaged and was not damaged upon delivery, no refund will be issued. You may need to claim directly from your courier if this occurs.
Original Artwork:
Due to the unique and delicate nature of original artworks, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on original works once delivered, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If damage occurs in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Commissioned / Bespoke Artworks:
Commissioned pieces are made specifically to your brief and are considered bespoke items. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, custom-made goods are exempt from cancellation rights and are therefore non-refundable.
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin all commission work.
If your commission arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue, and we will advise on the next steps.
