"The colours within the scene were so vivid I had to produce a water colour artwork as opposed to a black and white line drawing. I named this artwork 'A selfie at Blenheim Palace, not because I took a selfie to capture the photo but because within the painting you can see a lady taking a selfie. These days most buildings of interest attract visitors and it seems there is always someone taking a selfie. This scene is no different but I made the decision to include the person."
